Grit Blasting
 
Grit blasting is done by spraying sand at high velocity over the surface of the glass to create beautiful designs and motives. Grit blasting can be used in numerous interior designs such as doors, shower screens, partition and furniture.

We offer grit blasting with desired patterns to suit the needs of individual and a special sprayed on coating to reduce the marking characteristics of grit blasted glass
 
 
   
Drilling of Holes
 
Holes can be drilled in glass with special diamond drills. The holes must be 5mm minimum diameter, and greater than or equal to the glass thickness.

Countersunk holes can be drilled in glass with a minimum thickness of 6mm and are recommended to be used in toughened glass applications only.
 
 
   
Computer Numeric Control (CNC)
 
For complex shapes and design, hole placement and internal and external radius processing, we rely on CNC CAD machines which accurately process glass panels to a degree of complexity impossible by hand. Edge profiles of flat polish are also available.

For simple holes, edge or corner notches and center cutouts in the interior of the glass panel are processed by manually controlled machinery.
